Timeline

2012 — 2018

Throughout my 10 years in banking and finance, I've built a strong track record in banking strategy and digitization. Leveraging my experience in corporate and private banking, I've led disruptive and sustaining innovation, organizational change, and process optimization projects. As a trusted advisor, I worked closely with C-level executives, reporting directly to a board member and providing strategic guidance on key initiatives. I co-founded and shaped the strategy, consulting guidelines, and service levels of our first in-house consulting team, which followed a rigorous data-first approach to support executive decisions with a focus on retail banking. Our work covered the assessment, optimization, and restructuring of our retail product portfolio, the performance evaluation of our branch network in preparation for investment and divestment decisions, as well as various process optimization initiatives. Prior to advising the board, I played a key role in implementing new EU regulatory requirements and revised financial reporting standards, initiated our first open innovation partnership with an external stakeholder, and led various cross-divisional projects to drive digitization and optimization across our private clients segment, managing project teams with stakeholders from different departments. Apart from consulting, I've worked in corporate finance and participated in various complex transactions, including a 1.4 billion USD acquisition deal and a 150 million USD cross-border energy infrastructure funding initiative.
